This bespoke and high spec Information Memorandum was designed to give to qualified leads who were interested in the property for sale.
The paper stock was carefully chosen for this job, all uncoated and of the highest quality. The front reveal sheet was a pin stripe textured stock with foil embossed numbers stating the size of the land with the foil taking on some of the texture of the stock on which it sits, this flap when opened revealed the full scale black & white aerial marking out the block of land, the whole piece was stitched with singer sewing stitch down the spine.
