92 Pitt Street
This bespoke and high spec Information Memorandum was designed to give to qualified leads who were interested purchasing 92 Pitt Street.
The building itself had a very interesting dark metallic design feature on the entrance, so using this as inspiration we created a unique IM where there wasn’t any print on the covers at all. The covers were on a black uncoated stock, then overlaid with High Gloss black foil using copper gold foil for the lettering.
